Romanian Red Garlic produces a delicious flavor, it has a cream white bulb with 5-9 striking purple and red stripe cloves. The flavor is nice and full, with a mild afterglow that is long lasting. Some use it as an alternative to Music.
Culinary Features:
Pungent bulbs add heat and flavor to any dish. Hot and spicy! The fiery palate is a fine complement to many Asian and Mexican dishes. Also perfect for use in marinades, pickles, and relishes. A true favorite of mine!
Excellent storing garlic. Stores for up to 6 months after harvest when stored properly.
